KENDAYLA PARK – WHERE CARE, SCIENCE AND PASSION COME TOGETHER

Introducing Kendayla Park - a boutique equine rehabilitation facility owned and operated by Robyn and Russell Rogers in the heart of Cambridge. With a strong focus on equine wellbeing, they’ve created a calm, purpose-built environment where horses can recover, strengthen, and thrive.

    Tell us about Kendayla Park

“Kendayla Park is a boutique agistment, pre-training and rehabilitation set in the heart of Cambridge. What began as a desire to better support our own racehorses quickly grew into a purpose-built haven for equine wellbeing. We recognised a real need for a place where horses could build strength, fitness, and confidence - without undue stress on their tendons and ligaments.”

What’s the philosophy behind the care you provide?

“At Kendayla Park, every horse matters. Whether they’re recovering, preparing for their next race or competition, or simply enjoying a well-earned break, our goal is the same - to give them the best care, in the most nurturing environment possible.”

    What makes Kendayla Park unique?

“Our 10-horse aqua-walker has become a cornerstone for rehabilitation and conditioning across all disciplines. Horses from the thoroughbred, standardbred, and sport horse communities alike have benefited from it, and we take immense pride in watching so many go on to achieve success.

“With spacious, airy stables, beautifully maintained post-and-railed paddocks, and rich Waikato grass, Kendayla Park has truly become a ‘spa’ for horses - a place where they can heal, relax, and prepare for their next challenge.”

What does day-to-day life at Kendayla Park look like?

“Life at Kendayla Park is always full: we usually have approximately 20 horses in work on the aqua-walker, alongside our own small breeding program and a handful of racehorses in training.

“Our daughters, Kendra and Mikayla, are both dedicated riders and competitors who balance their University studies with their love of eventing and show jumping. They are also both very involved with the everyday running of Kendayla Park.

“At every level, our greatest reward is helping each horse reach its full potential and sharing the journey with the wonderful people we’ve met through equestrian sport.”

Which Hippo Health remedies do you use the most?

“Hippo Health’s remedies form an important part of our horses’ care. With such a variety of horses coming through our gates, we often look for specific support, and the team always find us the right product.

“A few of our favourites include Sol Plus for effortless sun protection especially for those horses with white noses, Immune Boost Equine to keep those inevitable coughs and colds at bay, and Mud & Rain to guard against mud fever and rainscald. We add these to the water troughs every few days - and the results truly speak for themselves.”
