    SHIPPING PRICES

    Hippo health shipping to New Zealand

    SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND


    We currently have a flat rate of NZD$8.00 to anywhere in New Zealand including rural addresses, which is via NZ Post or Post Haste Couriers. You can choose to have signature required or not, it is the same price to you. 

    There is no weight limit. There are tracking services on each package.  Delivery time is usually 2-7 business days.

    SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

     

    We currently have a flat rate of NZ $21.5 (AU $20) to anywhere in Australia for orders weighing 1.9kg or under. 1.9kg equates to 1x 1L jerry cans or 6x 90ml bottles. This flat rate is in addition to the below outlined global shipping options which you can choose to use instead.

    Team Global Express delivery time is usually 7-9 business days. 

    DHL delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.


    SHIPPING TO THE USA & CANADA

    Shipping to the USA


    We currently have a flat rate of NZ $30 (USD $19, CAD $25) to anywhere in the USA and Canada for orders weighing 1kg or under. 1kg equates to up to 4x 90ml bottles. This flat rate is in addition to the below outlined global shipping options which you can choose to use instead.

    DHL delivery time is usually up to 7 business days.

    Note to US customers: Please be aware that your order is shipping from New Zealand and may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the United States. These charges are determined by US Customs and will be collected by the delivery carrier directly. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Global Shipping optionsGLOBAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

    We ship anywhere in the world offering DHL Express for fast, tracked delivery within 7 working days. We also offer Team Global Express shipping for more economical but slower shipping ( usually within 10 working days). Please bear in mind that during holidays and the lead up to Christmas, this time may vary.

    Our shipping prices are calculated by weight. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout and you can vary the items in your trolley to decide the best shipping option for you. Combining several items into one parcel is more economical than shipping one at a time.

    4.1 Freight for all purchases is at your expense, unless offered FREE under a special promotion, or if there is a fault with the product as referenced below in 4.2 – 4.4 in which case the cost is ours. We will also refund shipping costs on all orders that meet our money back guarantee conditions stated above.

    4.2 Freight costs are quoted on our website in NZD. We are not obliged to provide further shipping options.

    4.3 If an item ordered arrives damaged, please make a claim by emailing us at info@goodings.co.nz within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this time will not be followed up.

    4.4 If an item arrives damaged and a claim has been lodged within 48 hours (as above 4.3) and remains in the condition at which the seller received it (i.e. is not used) then HIPPO Natural health will exchange the product for a new one. It is important the damaged product is not open and used for it to be exchanged.

    4.5 If your order does not arrive within 7 days from date of payment, please contact us so we can search for it. If your international order does not arrive within 14 days from date of payment, please contact us so we can search for it. We cannot be held responsible if we are not informed within these time frames as we have to be prompt in making a claim on our freight insurance.  If your order is not paid for within 7 days it will be deleted from the system unless we hear from you. No order will be shipped until payment has been received and processed.

    4.6 If an item is being returned due to a change of mind freight costs are at your expense.
