If you’re on mobile, tap on the three bars in the top lefthand corner, then on ‘My Account’. If you’re using a desktop computer, click on ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand side of your screen.

To get Hippo Rewards points for following us on Facebook or Instagram, you’ll need to tap on the ‘Rewards’ icon on our homepage, then tap on ‘Ways to Earn’. From here, tap on the ‘Like’ or ‘Follow’ button next to the social media channel you’d like to follow us on.

Let us know your birth day and month by tapping on the ‘Rewards’ icon on our homepage, tap on ‘Ways to Earn’ then on the ‘Edit Date’ button next to where it says ‘Celebrate a birthday’. Just make sure it’s at least 7 days until your next birthday and we’ll automatically add the points to your account each year!

You start earning points from the date you joined our rewards program. Previous orders are not eligible.

Yes, products you buy using your Hippo Rewards points are just like any other purchases. You can read our FAQs for Shipping & Returns here.

Yes, if we refund your money, then the points that you earned will be deducted from your Hippo Rewards points total. Sorry!

You can edit your address details in the My Account section when you are logged into our website. If you’re on mobile, tap on the three bars in the top lefthand corner, then on ‘My Account’. If you’re using a desktop computer, click on ‘My Account’ in the top right hand side of your screen.

Email support@hippohealth.co.nz and we'll close your account for you. When your account is closed, any remaining points will be deleted.

All our direct customers are eligible to earn rewards points. Wholesalers are excluded from this program.
