    DOSING

    A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

    Dose: When symptoms arise, take 2 pumps orally onto the tongue, wait about 15-20 minutes and repeat the dose if you need to, up to 4 doses. Relief usually lasts for a 3-4 hours but if symptoms return, repeat the dose as needed.

    You can also use this remedy preventatively, taking a dose or two before starting activities that are likely to cause discomfort.

    Joints Plus is safe for long term daily dosing.

    90ml = 230 doses

    Great relief

    I am no longer taking regular pain relief for my joint pain. I even managed a 6 .4 kilometre walk around a Lake Rotopounamu yesterday.

    This product is amazing. After years of being prescribed codeine and panadol for arthritis I am now on absolute minimal dosage of panadol as the effects of Joints Plus People has significantly lessened the pain, and I have more mobility in my hands and joints. Now on my second bottle. Brilliant
