Base: Either vegetable glycerine & purified water or alcohol & purified water (select base at checkout).

Remedies are dispensed in a 50ml or 90ml food grade aluminium bottle with a hygienic serum pump lid with over-cap.

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml = 230 doses

When symptoms arise, take 2 pumps orally onto the tongue, wait about 15-20 minutes and repeat the dose if you need to, up to 4 doses. Relief usually lasts for a 3-4 hours but if symptoms return, repeat the dose as needed.

You can also use this remedy preventatively, taking a dose or two before starting activities that are likely to cause discomfort.
