    DOSING

    Pump Bottles
    A dose consists of 2-3 sprays of the remedy on to a mucous membrane such as the vulva, nose or tongue.
    For dairy cows, we recommend 2 doses (2-3 sprays per dose) the first when putting the cups on and again when taking the cups off.

    Jerry Cans for Dosing the herd
    A dose is given by pouring 1 capful (25ml) of remedy into the water trough, every second day. We do offer a pump attachment that dispenses 25ml an can be used instead of the cap. Our 5 litre jerry cans come with a free dispensing pump. For other livestock you can administer a dose (2 sprays) to the nose, on their food or in their water trough.

    To dose on food, use half a capful per dose, 1-2 times a day.

    This remedy can be continued long term.

    Doses per container 90ml bottle = 500+ doses (2-3 sprays per dose) 
    1 litre = 40 doses which provides 80 days of trough treatment (Dosing every second day).
    This is based on water troughs up to 500 litre capacity.

    All Hippo Health products have dosing instructions on the label.

    Warts Plus

    We've use Warts Plue for about two months and so far I'm seeing some slight improvement. Our calves had a severe case of warts so I suspect it will take more time for them to die and dry up. We'll keep it up for a few more months aod hope for the best.

    Works!

    We used this on 2 4-H steers that were full of warts all over their body and within 2 months they were all gone! They would start to dry up and fall off sometimes bleed a little as the fell off. We are buying this product again for this year's steers. Thank you!

    Huge improvement in our heifer

    We purchased 9 heifers from a livestock sale and within about a month of arriving, one of them started to develop warts all over her face and body. We were told they’d resolve on their own but they just kept getting worse to the point she could barely open her eye. I had used Hippo Health products in the past for our horses so I was pleased to find they had a product for warts. We started treating the heifer in late November 2023 and around a fortnight later we could start to see an improvement. Nearly three months later, her warts have all but disappeared and she’s a much happier looking heifer!
