Our Goodings Lab Smoking Support Plus kit contains 2 proprietary natural formulations for people that work by first desensitising you to the addictive chemicals in cigarettes, the second formulation targets any withdrawal symptoms, making the process painless and gentle.

This stuff works

I am using it, but to quit chewing tobacco. I have noticed that it has greatly helped my cravings, and I can tell where I can easily be on the verge of quitting after 25 years chewing.

No-one thought I could give up.

No-one thought I could give up the cigs, I’d stopped trying and just hoped I would die from anything other than lung cancer. I heard about the Hippo kit from a few people but didn’t want to try it until it worked for a really hard core friend of mine who totally quit. There are only 2 steps and you don’t go cold turkey at all so you keep smoking while the first remedy kicks in and then give up only when you’re ready. I have been smoke free 3.5 years now and I’m still amazed I was able to give them up. I can honestly say I think this is the best method and I recommend it to people all the time

I smoked 30 a day for 9 years.

I smoked for 9 years and I smoked 30 per day. I have tried nicotine patches and lozengers 6 times in the past, with no success. I also tried champix from the doctor, which I got a severe reaction to. I have asthma and had a lot of respiratory issues when I was smoking. So after a few years of trying to quit and not succeeding with the patches, lozengers and champix I heard about the Hippo Health Smoking Support kit from Fiona Lane (Founder of Hippo Health) who had worked miracles for my dog with cancer.
