    DOSING
    Dose: Give 2 pumps onto the tongue when symptoms are present or when a reaction is anticipated e.g before a walk through a park where there will be pollens about. Repeat the dose every 5 minutes until you begin to see signs of relief, then stop dosing and only repeat if symptoms return. A common scenario is to dose 1 or 2 times, then be symptom free for a few hours. There is no risk of side effects or sedation, making it ideal for everyday use. 
    90ml bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)
