    DOSING

    When to Dose

    Start using once wounds have completed initial healing. Dosing may need to continue for several months. Can be used for both old and recent scars.

    How To Dose

    Start by dosing twice a day for the first week, then reduce to once a day until the scar tissue has reduced.

    90ml Pump Bottle

    Give 2 pumps onto the tongue, gums or lips, or on a piece of food that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple twice a day for 7 days, then reduce to daily.

    90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)

    Bottles are food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap. Great for dosing on the go.

    Jerry Can Dosing

    Feed – add 12ml's - ½ capful (12ml) or ½ pump - on to feed twice daily for 7 days, then reduce to daily. Drizzle the dose over the feed rather than tipping it all on to one spot.

    This remedy is not suitable for adding to a water trough.

    Our robust jerry cans are made from food grade plastic.

    Great, but have to keep it up

    My mare has a nasty thick scar from a leg in fence scenario as a youngster. After a while on this, the scar tissue literally shrank hugely in size to basically nothing significant. However when I stopped it the scar tissue came right back so I seem to need to keep on this to keep it at bay.

    Excellent

    My horse had a very old scar on his back leg from an injury he got well before I bought him. Since using this product the hair around the scar has been growing back and its looking much better.

    Old scars and scar tissue

    I have just done 6 weeks of Scars plus and I am impressed with the results so far. (I wished I'd taken photos) my mare had a nasty injury to her back leg at the hock about 5 years ago. Due to location and severity of the injury there was lots of scar tissue externally and internally, with the area of the hock, still noticeably larger then then other leg. After 6 weeks, there has a noticeable reduction in the internal scar tissue, and the external scar has shrunk as well. Looking forward too seeing how another round of scars plus will improve her

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

    Scars plus has seriously helped my mares injury heal. Vets said they haven’t seen such a major heal so quickly. Thank you hippo heath. Photo below is week 8 after degloving her leg down to the bone.
