    DOSING

    WHEN TO DOSE

    Swelling Present:
    Most people dose with Puffiness Plus – People when they experience swelling or oedema and continue dosing until symptoms have resolved.

    Ahead of Time eg Flights
    You can dose ahead of time if you are about to embark on a period of sitting for a long time such as when travelling. In these instances we recommend taking a dose of PPP about an hour before boarding the flight, repeating the dose every 2 hours or so, stopping doses once any swelling has reduced following the flight.

    Ongoing oedema:
    Suitable for regular use when troubled by oedema due to impaired lymphatic drainage or recurrent swelling of the knee, so long as a medical doctor has been consulted. In these cases a dose two to three times a day is appropriate.

    HOW TO DOSE

    Take two pumps of remedy on to the tongue for each dose.  

    NOTE: This remedy is not suitable for adding to a water bottle or drink as frequent sipping will result in too many doses, which could reduce the remedy’s effectiveness.

    Wouldn't fly without it!

    I am terrible for swelling up on flights, even on short ones so I thought I would try puffiness plus on my recent trip to Dubai. I took it at the beginning of the flight and a few times during the 15hr flight. On arrival I had cankles but no where near as swollen as normal. A few more doses of puffiness plus and they were back to normal within 24hrs, this normally takes around 5 days! Cankle pic is on landing and the other one is the next day, amazing!!
