    DOSING

    A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

    Dose: Take 2 pumps orally, onto the tongue, twice daily for 2-3 weeks, then gradually reduce dosing until you find the level at which you feel well, for example once or twice a week.  

    Healthy Heart Plus is safe for long term use.

    50ml bottle = 130 doses

    90ml bottle = 230 doses
