    It’s a recurring order that you can set up on our website. This order ensures the products that you include in your subscription are automatically charged to your credit card, dispatched and delivered to you at a frequency of your choosing. Subscriptions are there to help those who don’t want run out of the remedies they use most often.

    Start shopping as usual then, when you get to the product you’d like to subscribe to, select the ‘Subscribe & Save’ option where you select your delivery frequency and then click the add to cart button.

    No. You can subscribe to a product and still use our guest checkout. You’ll be sent an email with a link to your subscription portal. You’ll need to save this email and/or bookmark the portal to make any changes, so you may find it easier to manage this by setting up an account on our website.

    Simply choose either ‘Subscribe & Save’ or ‘One Time Purchase’ before adding each product to your cart. Only those products that have been selected using ‘Subscribe & Save’ will be added to your subscription.

    Yes. You choose the delivery interval for each individual product as you add it to your cart. So you can set a unique delivery interval for each remedy based on how quickly or slowly you use it.

    Of course! You can pause, skip, reschedule, cancel or reactivate one or more subscription products at any time, right up until 24 hours before they are dispatched by going to the subscription portal either by logging into your customer account, or using the link in your subscription email.     Yes. You’ll be able to see cancelled subscriptions when your subscription portal and reactivate them at any time.

    Simply log in to your subscription portal through our website or your subscription email and update your email address and/or delivery details.

    When you set up your first subscription, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains a “magic link” to your subscription portal. Save the email or bookmark the portal, then log in to make any changes. You’ll also be able to manage your subscriptions by logging into your account on our website.

    Of course! You’ll receive an email 7 days before your subscription is dispatched. If you are happy for the order to go through, you won’t need to do anything. If you want to change, skip, reschedule or cancel the order, you can do this up to 24 hours before your order is dispatched.

    Yes, if you are a member of our Hippo Rewards program, you’ll earn points for your subscription purchases each time they are billed to your credit card just as you normally would.

    It won’t happen often, but if you can get your favourite remedies cheaper in one of our sales, then go for it! Just remember to log in to your subscription portal to skip or reschedule your next delivery.
