    Our Goodings Lab Smoking Support Plus kit contains 2 proprietary natural formulations for people that work by first desensitising you to the addictive chemicals in cigarettes, the second formulation targets any withdrawal symptoms, making the process painless and gentle.

    There are 2 stages;

    Stage 1: Take 2 drops of formulation number 1, three times a day for a month. During this month you MUST keep smoking as usual.  Do not reduce the number of cigarettes you usually smoke.
