    When to Dose

Start dosing as soon as your horse has any symptoms of thrush, such as a strong, pungent odour from the hoof areas, a pasty discharge or a dark ooze showing on the underside of the hoof

    How To Dose

Dose via the water trough, on a piece of food or a treat, or direct into the mouth using a syringe or our handy 90ml pump bottle. For more nervous horses, pump a dose onto your finger and dab onto the horse’s tongue, gums or lips.

    90 ml Pump Bottle

Dose 2 pumps into the mouth or fed on a treat that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple 2 times a day until symptoms are gone, then reduce dosing to once a week to maintain.

90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)

Bottles are made from food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap.

    Jerry Can Dosing

Water Trough – add 25ml's – one capful or one pump - into the water trough every second day. Dose volume is calculated for a 500-litre water trough.

Feed Dosing – add ½ capful (12ml) or ½ pump - on to feed twice daily.

Dose until symptoms are gone, then reduce dosing to once a week to maintain.

1 litre = 80 days continuous cover via water troughs (dosing every second day) or 40 days dosing on feed (twice daily).

Our robust jerry cans are made from food grade plastic.
