    DOSING
    Pump Bottles
    A dose consists of 2-3 sprays of the remedy on to a mucous membrane such as the vulva, nose or tongue.    For dairy cows, we recommend 2 doses (2-3 sprays per dose) the first when putting the cups on and again when taking the cups off.    Jerry Cans for Dosing the herd
    A dose is given by pouring 1 capful (25ml) of remedy into the water trough, every second day. We do offer a pump attachment that dispenses 25ml an can be used instead of the cap. Our 5 litre jerry cans come with a free dispensing pump.    For other livestock you can administer a dose (2 sprays) to the nose, on their food or in their water trough. To dose on food, use half a capful per dose, 1-2 times a day.   This remedy can be continued long term.
    Doses per container  90ml bottle = 500+ doses (2-3 sprays per dose)

    1 litre = 40 doses which provides 80 days of trough treatment (Dosing every second day). This is based on water troughs up to 500 litre capacity.

    All Hippo Health products have dosing instructions on the label.

    Really impressed

    This product has really surprised me. My pet Merino Sheep has always had pale ridged hooves that split, crack and rapidly grow and flatten out like puddles. I was pretty sceptical when I bought this, but thought it was worth a try. Since starting treatments her feet have become dark, shiny and far more solid (even though I just realised that I’m treating far less regularly than recommended) I’m delighted with the results and will continue using the spray (as per recommended dosage) until it finishes at which point I’ll buy the trough dose so as all of the sheep in the flock she lives with can benefit from this product.

    Dancing shoes

    Excellent. First year we have had no scold or foot rot. I’ve had a sheep with a persistent bad toe & after a month on this his feet are the best he’s ever been. I highly recommend this as maintenance & prevention. Everyone is skipping around the paddocks like they have new shoes 😆😆😆
