A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Dose: Initially, take 2 pumps orally, onto the tongue, every 1/2 hour for 4 doses, then reduce to dosing 4-6 times a day, as needed.

It begins working within the hour.

I hate cystitis and dread it flaring up. Nowadays as soon as I feel it starting I take the loading dose of Fiona's remedy (Hippo Health Cystitis Plus) and know it will begin to work within about an hour and then I take it for a few days to make sure its completely gone. It was the first of their range that I tried and now I have a drawer full and they are all excellent.
