DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

When symptoms arise, take 2 pumps orally onto the tongue, wait about 5 mins and repeat 2 pumps orally, up to 4 doses, but stop dosing as soon as symptoms begin to ease. Some people only need one dose, others need 3 or 4. Relief usually lasts for a couple of hours but if symptoms return then repeat the dosage regime.

You can also use this remedy preventatively, taking a dose before exposing yourself to likely triggers.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses

This actually works!!

Helped me out when I was worried about riding after a particular incident that created a lot of stress & anxiet. It helped me calm down enough to deal with my horse and help her through some issues - I do believe a horse feels your energy.

Easy to take and tastes ok too - sweetish. A great product that I have already recommended to friends.

Calming juice

Had a big fall of my mare last year that put me off work for a few months. (Not the horse fault. ) Decided to lease her out but things didn't work out and she returned home. Once the body had recovered I decided I need to get back on and ride. This was the start. No worries on the ground but as soon as I went to ride I would get anxious. Welcome Brave heart.

A couple of pump's as recommend when you are getting ready and it does settle the nerves. Back up and riding with the help of supportive friends/ family and Brave heart. You don't bounce as well at 61 yrs of age.

Stopped the shakes

At a recent event my girlfriend was washing her horse when he took fright, hearing the commotion I went to check, my girlfriend was a shaking mess, 2 doses of Braveheart and all was calm again.

I had felt the difference in myself but seeing it in someone else when they were in a total mess was mind blowing.
