When to Dose

Reactions to pine and grass pollens can result in a chronic cough and wheeze, as well as nasal discharge or breaking out in welts. This remedy can be given when symptoms are present, or can be used long term to provide ongoing support for horse’s that are particularly sensitive to airborne allergens.

How To Dose

Dose via the water trough or straight onto a treat, feed or into the mouth using our 90ml pump bottle. Dose frequently for the first 7 days, then reduce frequency for maintenance. Use our 90ml pump bottle to give high frequency doses in acute cases where rapid relief is needed.

90ml Pump Bottle

Give 2 pumps onto the tongue, gums or lips, or on a piece of food that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple twice daily during allergy season. Safe for long term use.

90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)

Bottles are food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap. Great for dosing on the go.

Jerry Can Dosing

Water trough - add 25ml's - one capful or 1 Jerry Can pump - of remedy into the water trough every second day. Dose volume is calculated for a 500-litre water trough.

Feed – add 12ml's - ½ capful or ½ pump - on to feed twice daily.

Dose until symptoms ease, then reduce dosing to once a week for maintenance.

1 litre = 80 days continuous cover via water troughs (dosing every second day) or 40 days dosing on feed (twice daily).

Pine & Pollen give great results

My pony had nasal discharge particularly just the left side for months. Two vet visits two lots of antibiotics and dental done and vet dental check. Healthy and good appetite so I decided to think an allergy might be the problem. When stabled, the blower was used it caused lots of dust to fall over everything. Back outside symptoms persisted. I tried the Pine and Pollen with Immune Boost and saw an great improvement after a week and further improvement following. I have continued using these two Hippo Health products and have just finished the first 1 litre bottle of each. Such wonderful products it's no wonder I see statements like It Actually Works because for my pony it has.

Cough and brea thing isssues

When I started my horse on this product he had a slight cough this has gone,the real test will be when spring is here.I shall keep on with it throughout winter to buìd up his immune system ,so will wait to see further results.

Equine Asthma

My pony has equine asthma & after nearly 2 seasons of antihistamines & airway gel it isn't keeping it under control

After 5 days of Pine & Pollen no more coughing & a much happier pony
