    DOSING

    A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

    When symptoms arise, take 2 pumps orally onto the tongue, wait about 5 mins and repeat 2 pumps orally, up to 4 doses, but stop dosing as soon as symptoms begin to ease. Some people only need one dose, others need 3 or 4. Relief usually lasts for a couple of hours but if symptoms return then repeat the dosage regime.

    You can also use this remedy preventatively, taking a dose before exposing yourself to likely triggers. 

    50ml bottle = 130 doses

    90ml bottle = 230 doses

    Stopped the shakes

    At a recent event my girlfriend was washing her horse when he took fright, hearing the commotion I went to check, my girlfriend was a shaking mess, 2 doses of Braveheart and all was calm again.

    I had felt the difference in myself but seeing it in someone else when they were in a total mess was mind blowing.

    No more anxiety

    I can't believe how well this stuff works. I finally really enjoy trail riding again. I don't spend the entire time thinking "What If....." Instead, I'm totally enjoying my young 17.3 hh horse and even if he does something like snort or spook, I just laugh it off. I don't know when I lost my nerve, I have been riding since I was 3 yo, and am now 52. But the last 10 years, I have been so anxious riding its become hard to stay motivated. This remedy has worked brilliant for me so far. I have 2 pumps before I saddle, then 2 more when I get on. And if I start to feel those anxious thoughts creep in I have 2 more during the ride. I'm so happy to have found such a simple solution :)
