This remedy is like a switch going on - in a good way! I feel moody in the extreme for about 10 days before my period, I don't even want anyone to touch me which obviously is not a good thing when I'm a mum of 3 young kids. Nowadays I take this remedy when i feel my mood going down and honestly it helps me function normally. I honestly think this is your best remedy out of all of them!
