A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Take 2 pumps orally, onto the tongue, as needed, up to 6 times in one day. Excessive dosing may lead to becoming desensitised to the remedy.

The best calmer ever!

This is seriously the best product. I suffer from bad stress and anxiety. Some days I battle all day with symptoms. I have this spray with me at all times, and use it multiple times a day. It's one of the only products that actually works, and stops the symptoms in their tracks. I will have a bottle of this in my handbag forever I think!
