A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Dose: When experiencing a muscle cramp, take 2 pumps onto your tongue, repeat approximately every 20 seconds as needed, up to 6 doses.

You can also take one dose prior to exercising to support normal muscle function.

Works for me!

I get full blown leg cramps in bed or even watching a long movie. Serious cramps that once they go I’ve got sore legs for days. The first time I used it the cramp evaporated!!! Unbelievable just went away instantly.

Since then not so magical. Need to used it several times but still helps enormously. It does work for me Helps me so I do take it with me. It definitely shortens the time period of the cramp. I recommend it.

Used to get very bad leg cramps at nite after standing on ladders all day at work, but after take this every nite now for the past few months to prevent the cramp from happening in the 1st place has been a *** send.

Didn’t really believe it would work when I first bought this product, but it does. It’s so good that I’ve bought it again. Even so good that my husband, who is not at all into “airy-fairy” stuff like homeopathy, loves it and reaches for it whenever needed.
