A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

Dose: Take 2 pumps on the tongue about half an hour before bedtime and another on going to bed .
Keep the remedy next to the bed and have another dose if you wake in the night, as needed.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses

A Great Night's Sleep.

It took a few day's. But my sleep has improved so much. So great to have a natural product that doesn't make you wake up tired or drowsy.

I am sleeping so much better an, not constantly waking up not being able to go back to sleep for hours.
