    When To Dose

This professionally formulated natural remedy supports horses experiencing symptoms which can be heightened in the Spring such as sporadic sneezing, sensitivity to sunlight and heightened tenderness in the forelock and sinus areas. Improved results are usually seen after 3-7 days. Head Shaking Plus is both Competition and Racing safe (not swab-able).

    How To Dose

This remedy has a cumulative effect, so we recommend dosing daily for a month  before gradually reducing to a maintenance dose. We recommend once per week for maintenance, but this varies from horse to horse. This remedy should only be added to the water trough if the affected horse is the only one that uses the trough.

    90ml Pump Bottle

Give 2 pumps onto the tongue, gums or lips, or on a piece of food that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple 2-3 times a day for at least a month, before reducing to a maintenance dose. If your horse is nervous about being dosed, put the dose on your finger and dab it onto their tongue, lips or gums.

90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose).

Bottles are food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap. Great for dosing on the go.

    Jerry Can Dosing

Water trough - add 25ml's - one capful or 1 Jerry Can pump - of remedy into the water trough every second day for two weeks then reduce to once a week. Dose volume is calculated for a 500-litre water trough. Do not add to water troughs shared with other unaffected horses.

Feed – add 12ml's - ½ capful (12ml) or ½ pump - on to feed 2 times a day for a month, reducing on improvement.

1 litre = 80 days continuous cover via water troughs (dosing every second day) or 40 days dosing on feed (twice daily).

Our robust jerry cans are made from food grade plastic.
