    DOSING

    When to Dose

    Start dosing with this natural oral remedy as soon as symptoms appear.

    How To Dose

    Dose directly onto the tongue or gums or onto a piece of food that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple. In acute cases, dose every half hour for up to 4 doses while waiting for your vet to arrive. Then reduce to twice daily dosing as needed.  A maintenance dose can be given once or twice a week, long term.

    This remedy should not be added to water troughs as it works best when dosed on feed or directly into the mouth.

    90ml Pump Bottle

    Give 2 pumps twice daily for 2 weeks, reducing dosing as symptoms improve.

    90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)

    Bottles are made from food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap.

    Jerry Can Dosing

    Feed – add 12mls - ½ capful or ½ a Jerry Can pump (12ml) - on to feed twice daily.

    Love it

    I loved using the gastric tonic for a mini I had that had horrendous diarrhoea on and off all the time. Nothing seemed to help. Once I had used the gastric tonic for a couple of weeks I saw a huge improvement with the little guy. I can’t wait to try the mud and rain product for my mare who has white socks and suffers mud fever.

    Would give 10 stars if I could!

    Had a very unwell welsh cob mare with young foal. Vets felt we had a gut issue, possibly cancer. We discussed euthanasia but with a 3 month old foal I needed another option. After discussing with hippo health support I used detox and then put her on gastric support. Hippo health literally saved her life and I can't thank them enough!

    Tui

    Tui is in his late 20's, his teeth are questionable but he seems to be holding his weight. He does get periodic bouts of very loose poos. But always has very long farts... alot... I started him on this product, and his flatulence has certainly decreased . The loose poos are still a bit of an enigma, last time I drenched him for resistance red worms , it sucked the living life out of him, so not going back there.

    I have tried many different products for my mares sensitive gut and definitely see an improvement with the Gastric Tonic.
