    Appetite Plus for cats and dogs is professionally formulated to assist with a healthy appetite. A lack of appetite which can follow on from physical or emotional trauma or as a function of older age should never be ignored. If your pet is not eating, they must be checked by a vet to ensure there is not a serious underlying cause. This remedy is to support appetite and digestion during recovery or during palliative care.

    DOSING

    A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue, gums or lips. Can also be given on a piece of food. Most pets love the sweet taste but if your pet is nervous about being dosed, you can put the dose on your finger and dab it on their lips or gums. They do not need to swallow the dose, it just has to come into contact with their tongue or gums.

    Dose: 2 pumps into the mouth or on a treat twice daily, OR add 2 pumps of the remedy to their water bowl daily, OR add 2 pumps on top of their food twice daily.

    Frequent dosing is ideal and for this reason most people find it easiest to add 2 pumps to their pet's water bowl each day, ensuring that every time your pet drinks, they get a top up dose.

    This product can be continued long term.

    90ml bottle = 230 doses

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Appetite Plus

    I've used this many times when I've had sick cats who won't eat, whom I've had to syringe feed which is stressful for them. It's so simple to use by putting in water (I usually have them crated separately away from other cats so it's only their water the appetite plus is in) and within a few hours they are showing interest in eating and starting to eat. Has worked especially well on cats with tummy upsets or FIV + cats who are having a viral/inflammation flare up.

    A good remedy

    This has definitely helped. We have gone from no appetite, to eating a good amount of food. Not eating for us is disaster as we are dealing with diabetes too, so food and insulin go hand in hand. This remedy has probably saved us both. Good job Hippo Health.

    The short video shows 16 year old Shayla, happy with herself to the point of rolling around on the floor after eating and having insulin.

    Appetite plus pets

    I have been putting the spray in my cats water bowls. I have noticed her appetite has improved. Also she is maintaining weight after loosing a bit when she was diagnosed with kidney disease.

    Appetite Plus...did it work? The answer is Yes!

    My Kitty Millie is wolfing down her meat, I may have to reduce her dosage. The vet may have something to say about her weight

    Absolutely, this remedy is great for small pets such as rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, pet mice and rats. Simply adjust the dosing to 1 pump per dose either on a treat, or into the water dish (1 pump per 200ml of water).
