DOSING

When To Dose

Assists with horses exhibiting troublesome hypersexual behaviour, whether colts at shows, rigs, stallions or mares. This natural remedy can be used in acute situations or for periods of 2-3 weeks but is not intended for long term use.

How To Dose

Dose via the water trough, on a piece of food or directly onto the tongue. Once symptoms ease, reduce dosing to once a week for maintenance. For horses that are nervous about being dosed, put the dose on your finger, then dab onto the horses’ tongue or gums. Most horses love the sweet taste!

90ml Pump Bottle

Give 2 pumps onto the tongue, gums or lips, or on a piece of food that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple twice a day.

90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose).

Bottles are food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap. Great for dosing on the go.

Jerry Can Dosing

Feed – add 12ml's - ½ capful (12ml) or ½ pump - on to feed twice daily.

This remedy is not suitable for adding to a water trough.

Our robust jerry cans are made from food grade plastic.

Great product

Worked great. My stallion was pacing the fence and being generally over the top about his mares even though he could see them at all times and wasn’t near other horses. Took the edge off and combined with conditioning tonic he stoped pacing and while still able to “perform” it has mostly stopped the unwanted behaviours so he can put weight back on.

A whole new pony!

I’ve been using you “over sexed” product on my young colt who thinks he’s a full blown stallion and he is like a whole new pony!!! It’s incredible! Besides gelding him, I had all but lost hope that he would be manageable any other way, but I am more than pleasantly surprised by how effective it’s been and how quickly! Amazing!

Used this on my gelding

I had moved my horses to a new property with other horses and for some reason one mare there decided she was going to have my geldings foal weather he liked it or not. She really harassed him constantly and turned him into a sex crazed aggresdive stallion type behaviour over her to all tje otjer horses....despite there being another mare in the paddock who both ignored each other..and 3 other geldings who she completely ignored. He had been paddocked previously with mares no problems. It was so distressing and bizarre i had to separate him and i believe this remedy did help him to settle on his own. But the mares relentless pestering meant i just could not integrate him in that heard at all. I think she would need to be on it to really test it..but she is not my mare. So i had to move my horses away from that situation. It was great to have something to try though and i have found all hippos remedys to be very helpful. Id give it a go again if need be and im still using it on him to help stop any of that residual behaviour.
