DOSING

When to Dose

Dosing should start as soon as the symptoms of Stringhalt appear in your horse.

How To Dose

During an acute flare up, give 4 doses a day for 2 consecutive days as a loading dose, then dose twice daily until symptoms have gone. Continue with a maintenance regime of giving 2 doses a day twice a week. These doses could be given on two consecutive days – such as a Saturday and Sunday. Some horses maintain well on just 2 doses a day, once a week, so feel free to adjust dosing to suit your horse.

This remedy should only be given to the affected horse so is not suitable for dosing via a water trough.

90ml Pump Bottle

Give 2 pumps into the mouth or fed on a treat that wont absorb it, like carrot or apple 4 times a day, then reduce.

90 ml Pump Bottle = 230 doses (2 pumps per dose)

Bottles are made from food grade aluminium with a hygienic serum pump lid and over cap.
