This 100% food-grade Diatomaceous Earth is a natural detox aid made from fossilised algae. Rich in silica, it's commonly used for internal cleansing, skin support, and even garden or pet care.
As a Human Supplement; One Teaspoon (aprox 2.5-5 grams) mixed with water or juice once a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Some individuals may gradually increase the dosage to two teaspoons daily after a few weeks, taking one in the morning and one in the evening.
