Absolutely love this product. Going into menopause, this product has helped with both the sleep problem and the leg cramps. I use 4 squirms under the tongue nightly and sleep a whole lot better than I used to. No side effects such as loose bowel movements or drowsiness the next day either. I use the glycerine based one and it tastes ok too.
I've only been using for a matter of days, but have had 5 really good nights out of 7 - so I am happy with that result! If I do wake, I seem to be able to go back to sleep easily instead of the brain engaging.
It took a few day's. But my sleep has improved so much. So great to have a natural product that doesn't make you wake up tired or drowsy.
I am sleeping so much better an, not constantly waking up not being able to go back to sleep for hours.
