Stage 1: Take 2 drops of formulation No. 1, three times a day for a month. During this month you must keep smoking as usual. Do not reduce the number of cigarettes you usually smoke.
Stage 2: Once you have completed the first month, you can now choose to reduce the number of cigarettes you smoke each day. It is still up to you how many you smoke, BUT each time you smoke you ALSO take 2 drops of Formulation No. 1.
It is during Stage 2 that you can also use Formulation No. 2 if you feel any unpleasant withdrawal symptoms like a headache or mild nausea. Most people don't have any problems but we have Formulation No. 2 there, just in case.
