DOSING
A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.
Dose: 2 pumps under the tongue, 2 -4 times a day (or night) as needed to relieve symptoms. If symptoms are mild, take 1 or 2 doses. If symptoms are intense, take 3 or 4 doses. Keep next to the bed for dosing during the night if needed.
50ml bottle = 130 doses
