DOSING

A dose consists of 2 pumps of remedy onto the tongue.

SYMPTOMATIC DOSING (When experiencing symptoms): Take 2 pumps orally, onto the tongue, repeat every 5 minutes (usually only 2 - 3 doses are needed) to ease they reaction. Repeat the dose if you need to.

PREVENTATIVE DOSING: You can take 1 or 2 doses on your tongue about 15 - 20 minutes before exposure to allergens, for example if you are planning housework, this may reduce an allergic reaction.

DESENSITISING DOSE: Some people find it helpful to complete a 3 week dosing regime where they take 2 doses a day, every day, for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks they would just dose as needed. The concept is based on the idea of desensitising to dust as an allergen.

If symptoms persist, consult your health care professional and support your recovery by drinking plenty of fluids and resting.

50ml bottle = 130 doses

90ml bottle = 230 doses
