Brave Puppy is professionally formulated to assist with a healthy immune response of puppies who are fearful of fireworks, storms or are prone to panic.

Many puppies are frightened by sudden loud noises, such as fireworks, thunder and loud banging at building sites. Brave Puppy is ideal for use in these situations. It works within minutes and usually lasts for a couple of hours. Brave Puppy can be used in combination with Chilled Out Puppy or any other Hippo Puppy remedy. By helping your puppy cope with fearful situations they build a positive association that develops their natural coping mechanisms.

This product can be used whenever symptoms are present.

A dose consists of 1 pump of remedy onto the tongue, gums or lips. Can also be given on a piece of food. Most puppies love the sweet taste but if your puppy is nervous about being dosed, you can put the dose on your finger and dab it on their lips or gums. They do not need to swallow the dose, it just has to come into contact with their tongue or gums.

Give the first dose (1 pump) when your puppy shows signs of panic (trembling, panting, hiding, fast heart rate). Observe them for a few minutes then repeat the dose if needed. Once your puppy begins to settle, stop dosing and wait. Usually your puppy will feel much better after 2 or 3 doses in quick succession and will remain calm for about 2 hours. You get the best results from this remedy by only giving a dose when you need to i.e. when symptoms are present. It is not remedy that can be given ahead of time ‘just in case’.  If you are not going to be with your puppy during a storm or fireworks display then consider putting Chilled Out Puppy into their water bowl instead.
